I challenge you to challenge YOURSELF to become more aware of who you are, who you can become, and what your purpose is.
For 21 days, I want you to spend a minimum of 10 minutes, alone. Meditate on your breath. Be alone with your self. When your thoughts start to sway elsewhere, bring it back to yourself. How your body is feeling. Focus on your breathing pattern. Relax. Smile.
You are beautiful and full of so much love and light! Know it. Own it!
May is Mental Health month so in honour of MH, we will do handstand challenge!
Handstands can assist with making you feel happier, since the blood flow to your brain has an energizing and calming effect, especially when you're feeling stressed out. Handstands can help your mood by reducing the production of the stress hormone, cortisol, which could also help relieve minor depression and anxiety.
